Biography
AEP Consultants was founded by Andrew Palacios, whose 16-year career in the Australian Army spanned both Infantry and Special Forces. During his service, Andrew witnessed the profound mental health challenges faced by many, including the emotional toll of being away from family and the tragic loss of friends and colleagues to suicide. These experiences inspired his mission to prioritise mental well-being and resilience. At AEP Consultants, we understand the importance of mental well-being and resilience in both personal and professional settings. Our approach blends military precision with deep empathy to deliver tailored solutions that address each client’s unique needs. From individuals to large organisations, we provide evidence-based strategies designed to empower, support, and foster growth.
