With a dynamic career spanning diverse sectors including Government, Private, and Recreational, I've accumulated experiences in industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, Education, and Sports. As a highly driven and results-focused professional, I've served as a Firefighter and Medic in Incident & Emergency Response and Crisis Management. My dedication to personal and professional development fuels my passion for sharing experiences, knowledge, and abilities with those eager to learn. Beyond my professional pursuits, I actively engage with the community through various sporting clubs and events, where I lend my expertise for their betterment. Currently, I’m the Director of a Crisis Management software company, leveraging my extensive industry knowledge, consulting experience, and response expertise to develop and deliver effective solutions. My experience including; * Certified Emergency Services Manager (CESM) by the AIES. * Certified Emergency Response Leader (ERL) by the EMCoP/ AIHS. * Design, Development, Facilitation, Training and Assessing in the PMA, PUA, TLI, BSB and RII Training Packages * Event Manager and Adjudicator at several industry competitions in Incident Response and Emergency Management. * National Equipment Auditor, Safety Advisor, Risk Consultant and Committee Member of several yacht clubs and Australian Sailing. * Frontline Responder for Government and Private sector in the disciplines of Public Safety and Health. * Extensive experience with RTO’s in course creation, moderation, delivery, assessment and audits.
