Bart du Plessis, is the Founder of INCOVER Solutions which provides comprehensive solutions to the heavy industry sector in training, mentoring and process implementation. Bart has been working in industrial rescue for over 10 years with an extensive portfolio across Australia. His passion is in building teams and growing their capacities to deal with and respond to emergencies in a functional way. This means he appreciates to growing need to have teams on the ground and within management to be autonomous. Being able to solve complex and simple problems as they arise. His talent is building the processes that enable this to be the case. Barts work in developing the functional fitness standards of industrial rescue technicians has also been a key focus of his efforts. With the growth of INCOVER Solutions, Bart and his team now offer equipment hire such as fire trucks and ambulances to name but a few. Bart is the type of owner/operator who’s more than happy to pick up the phone, reach out and help teams to understand how operations can work easier at that ground level.
