Definitely fire behaviour as it’s influenced buy so many variables such as fuel loading, heat, chemical energy, oxygen levels, atmosphere and more. Along with other environmental and energy systems, the behaviour of the fire will act in ways that in unpredictable as we move to control and extinguish it. I find fire behaviour and science really interesting.
