A great lesson for emergency responders as 99% of our workload is routine, boring and mundane. But, this is where the opportunities hide in plain sight. When we communicate to our peers this is a worthy method to inspire, teach, support and of course learn, share and grow.

@JesseMcNeilly, this is actually really great. Words have meaning and sometimes we say things without understanding what impact they'll have. I'm guilty of it, but this is a good reminder of why it's important to think before speaking. Great post!
