And, unity beats divisiveness… POWERFUL POSTS are posts that: - Share ideas - Ask questions - Include links and validations / references - Are non-prescriptive (aren’t demanding or authoritative) These posts work best for long term community growth. Sure we could post cat videos and tell ‘war stories’ etc., favour one group, department or style. But we don’t roll like that. One of our objectives is to foster long term community participation through quality offerings, content, support and team work that is sustainable and useful for anyone working in rescue. More can be said however, we strongly encourage our members to actively participate in the Rescue Connect Community that you’re a part of. Share, promote, learn and drive positive change in our industry and passion. This will ultimately build up your team and culture around you beyond the isolation we all see and are subject to.
