With extensive Mines Emergency Response experience as a trainer of over 13 years, starting his journey in 2011. Ben also joined DFES in 2017 and is now a Senior Firefighter. He loves the balance of industrial and state based Fire and Rescue. With a strong focus preparing on-site emergency response teams to improve their overall performance and situational awareness, he thrives in training and development. One of Ben’s core focuses is on preparing teams for rescue competitions with 3 teams taking overall best team in his 5 years of competition training. Ben is as passionate as he is helpful and is excited to be your Mentor Mate here in Rescue Connect. Ben also founded ‘Rescue Ready’ a company which is all about developing emergency response teams and supplying innovative rescue equipment that keeps up with the times. Great to see that Mr Hamilton becoming a Mentor Contributor with your business. Can't recommended Jamie enough as trainer, his wealth of Knowledge in Firefighting and emergency response I can say that I learnt from a great trainer in this industry. If you get the opportunity to learn from Jamie, it will definitely be one that you will always remember and skills you will have forever 💯

At the end of the day it isn't about me.. my experiences.. etc. It's about what the students bring to the course, My job is so easy when people like yourself bring the right motivation, passion and strive to learn Then take the learning outcomes and advice to then move on and become even stronger, knowledgeable and passionate into their future endeavours in emergencu services Thank you again for the kind words 🙏

I have had the privilege of being trained and mentored by Jay Hamilton @JayJay. My first experience was as a rookie and the support and guidance I received was invaluable. The passion he has for this industry is second to none. Still to this day he is there to offer advice and continue to mentor and guide me. Can’t thank you enough mate.
