Here’s what we know is coming in 2025
💡2025 is going to be a BIG year for industrial rescue!
Here’s what we know, followed by what we’re working on through OUR COMMUNITY 💪🏽
1 - New technologies: we’re seeing the rollout of robotics in firefighting, rescue, search and rescue, gas detection and more. That’s going to open up our landscape for new operators, specialisations and much more!
2 - New training packages: there’s more specialised courses to support us in what we do such as in… leadership courses, management modules and packages, enhanced courses for ERT members and more (yes we’ve seen them!).
3 - Pathways to high risk and industrial rescue registration. More to follow but there’s great things happening in the background. We know it’s been worked on and this opens up new learning and development opportunities for us all.
How do we know this??? - we collaborate with industry partners, conduct research, work with our community members and use our network to roadmap new opportunities to share and develop constantly in the background. You’re talking about rescue workers who truely ‘geek out’ in their time off to stay up-to-date. And guess what?… those people built a free rescue app to share these things with you!!!… so get your mates onboard 🙌🏼

WHAT ARE WE UP TO (that’s you 🫵🏼)
1 - Rescue material: for use on and off site. We can’t let too much out of the bag, but it’s going to be useful resources that can be taken advantage of to build better skills and enhance your capabilities 💪🏽 one such project has been over a year in the making 😉
2 - Mentor Mates: building better networks to capitalise on built knowledge and lived experience by experienced members to share, learn and grow 24/7. They’re going to eventually work with the ‘old hands’ who are very corporate and in desperate need of innovation and some love to support us all better. This stems from decades of departmental knowledge, degrees, leadership coaching and more that we’re working on in the background to gently nudge and support these folks with more options and empowerment to support us all. Again, more to come but this is just a general overview on where we’re at and how we want to forge a better rescue community - want to get involved???… just PM us 🫶🏼
3 - Premium features: we’re going to offer a better industry to change culture for the better. This includes reshaping and rethinking how we work beyond single companies claiming to ‘be the best’ and kindly shift the ‘belt buckle’ culture by showing more love and appreciation so people and teams can step more into their power. You’ve already seen some of this through our visits to companies to show how they work and what they do - why do we do this??? Well… it’s to interested and empower you by building knowledge. It’s at no cost to to our member and takes time to head off and make these videos in our own time so show us some love by sharing, commenting and helping us out. We all drive the unique content that’s only available through Rescue Connect 👨🏻🚒🧑🏼🚒👩🏼🚒👩🏼⚕️👷🏼♂️👷🏻♀️
