Be a sponge and absorb everything, coming into 1.5 years as a ESO has taught me alot already in QLD mining. I have been privileged to wrk around alot of different sites and have exposure to alot of different Emergency and had the opportunity to be part of some great captains and teams onsite I have learnt don't rush in, and remember fundamentals. All Emergency are different as things change from each Emergency.
