@JayJay great question mate! For me it has been, researching industry statistics and gathering facts that affect our team out there. As such for me, it has been the need to connect more knowledge and resources in a balanced and useful way. Stepping out of our ‘siloed mindset’ by sharing more has created a whole new purpose for me personally. Now it’s one that we share as a community 👍🏼 To sum up, who doesn’t want to be that 1% better at their job to help save lives 💪🏽
