Great question mate 👍 Would have to be operational readiness. Failing to achieve this sets you and your team up for failure at the scene. I see it as the backbone to creating a successful team. Every bit of equipment we carry is there to help us be successful on scene and keep ourselves, team and others safe. It’s one thing to turn up on scene knowing you have the skill set, but it’s another thing knowing your turning up with equipment that will allow you to utilise that skill set.
