It's a new challenge ever swing as an eso to see the improvement that our ert team make at ever training session that they attend and see the excitement on the teams faces when they know in themselves that they have made the improvements and hence of achievement. @rousey

For me, it's the having the ability to actually do something when things go bad onsite or at home. Whether it's ERT call out or St John's Ambulance calls in the country, I can be assured that I'm helping be part of the solution instead of standing by and watching. It also gives a lot of unique experiences like BG4, ropes, and fire and you get to meet so many different people in the job. @Arnie

I CANT ENTER (Founder) but!… What I love about Rescue is simply the ability to help people to grow and grow from my team always moving forward. The call-outs are simply a test of the abilities that the team are capable of such as communications, mental resilience, field leadership and more. That’s my passion and why I love rescue! @INCOVER
