Such a tough choice...
Can't beat the basics of the emergency response itself
If I had to narrow it down, vertical rescue, road crash rescue, urban and wildfire firefighting would be my favourite
Leadership and command systems that cover the architecture of emergency management and response. Something I feel if often left out of current training systems and courses out there.
Basics such as:
- dress and bearing
- how to talk on a radio
- field navigation
- active narration
- small team management
- stress responses
- team briefings
- incident management
- causality edict etc
