SA is still a small factor in people and sites- but probably the biggest variances. One site underground doesn’t even have a first aid vehicle or ambulance set up at all, then BHP on the opposite end. A couple of sites screwing over professionals and dollars, and all the people in the field want- is a fair salary, and fair playing field. It’s obviously tricky and technical, but Australian mining/industrial/private ESO’s are some of the most talented and dynamic in the world.
