Single "coolest thing" iv ever done personally.. growing and adapting as a trainer assessor to mentor, nurture and expand the knowledge base of new and existing ERT and ESOs across the country sharing life and operational experiences leaving a small chunk of legacy and awesome memories with each operator I encounter
