Im currently participating in a Rope Rescue course at site for ERT. As someone who is scared of heights this course has been the one I've been the most nervous for, but after my first descent and the support that I had from my team I'm feeling a lot more comfortable and confident in myself. For anyone out there who is scared of heights like I am, I 100% wholeheartedly recommend giving vertical ropes a go.
